Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with what you order. Here is how returns and refunds work on Lesovia.

Returning an item

• You can start a return from your order page within 7 days of delivery.
• Tell us what's wrong and, if you can, add photos. Photos are required if the item arrived damaged, is not what you ordered, or is not as described.
• The seller reviews your request and approves or declines it. If it is declined, or the seller doesn't respond in time, you can ask a Lesovia admin to review it. A Lesovia admin's decision is final.
• Once approved, you have 30 days to send the item back. Add the tracking number on your order page. The seller shares the return address with you when they ship your order.
• You pay the return shipping.
• Your refund is sent when the seller confirms the package arrived. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

What is and isn't refunded

You are refunded what you paid for the returned items, including shipping if you return the whole order, minus Lesovia's service fee and the payment processing fee. Lesovia's service fee (a percentage of the item price) keeps the marketplace running, and the payment processor keeps its processing fee on every payment, so neither can be returned. Before you send a return request, we show you the exact amount you'll be refunded and the amount that isn't refunded.

If the seller never ships your order

If a seller still hasn't shipped your order 14 days after you placed it, you can cancel it from your order page and you will be refunded in full.
